The attraction of Visual Impact training and Thor’s workout is something Hollywood insiders have known for years: location, location, location. Rusty Moore designed his Visual Impact program to highlight specific muscle groups while avoiding over development. The four stage workout includes:
*Strategically building muscle with multiple reps, with short rest periods in between sets. Thor’s workout leans toward weighted pull-ups and bench presses.
*Reps are decreased, but the focus is on strength building, so the amount of weight is slightly increased.
